No proof,
no draw.

A lender escrows test USDG against one real machine. The drawdown gate opens only when the object passport is live and unrevoked, the borrower accepts delivery, and every required claim — title review, inspection, insurance, custody — is published by the exact issuer the term sheet names. Until then, capital does not move.

Draft a facility term sheet

Local planner. Everything in this drafting area is computed in your browser. Nothing here is chain state until you submit createFacility and the network confirms it.

Parties

You (the connected wallet) become the lender. The payee is the equipment vendor who receives the drawdown — it cannot be changed after creation.

Collateral object

Reference an anchored object passport. The gate later verifies the passport is live, unrevoked, still carries this physical ID, and is controlled by the borrower.

Required claims

Each row names one statement and the only address allowed to publish it. The draw stays blocked until every one is in force.

What this is — and is not

Proof-to-Capital

Capital that waits for proof

ProofGate is an escrow with a checklist. Five parties, one machine, one rule: no proof, no draw.

  1. Lender opens a facility. Names the borrower, the equipment vendor to be paid, the object passport, the principal, and exactly which issuers must attest what.
  2. Lender escrows test USDG. Principal sits in the contract — not with the borrower, not with the vendor.
  3. Issuers publish claims. Counsel, inspector, insurer, custodian — each publishes a digest of their signed statement, with an expiry. Only the named issuer address can.
  4. Borrower accepts delivery. Verified against the live passport registry: right object, unrevoked anchor, borrower in control.
  5. The gate opens. canDraw re-checks everything onchain. If a single claim is missing, expired, revoked, or from the wrong address, the draw reverts.
  6. Draw pays the vendor. Principal moves to the pre-approved payee only. Repayment flows back to the lender and closes the facility.
