No proof,
no draw.
A lender escrows test USDG against one real machine. The drawdown gate opens only when the object passport is live and unrevoked, the borrower accepts delivery, and every required claim — title review, inspection, insurance, custody — is published by the exact issuer the term sheet names. Until then, capital does not move.

—Each gate is verified onchain by canDraw at the moment of drawdown — this list mirrors that exact logic.
Required claims
Claims are issuer statements recorded as digests. They do not prove title, ownership, or value; raw evidence stays offchain with the parties.

What this is — and is not
- Testnet only. Facilities settle in test USDG on Robinhood Chain testnet (chain 46630). No real money moves.
- Not affiliated. This is an independent protocol experiment. It is not built, endorsed, or operated by Robinhood Markets.
- Proof of statements, not of title. Passport scans and claim digests attest that a named issuer said something at a point in time. They do not prove title, ownership, or value.
- No seizure, no liquidation. If a borrower stops repaying, the lender's only protocol action is to release and close the facility. Legal recourse lives offchain.
- Evidence stays offchain. Only digests are recorded. Inspection reports, insurance certificates, and legal opinions remain with the parties.
- Permissionless test registry. The registry does not authenticate who chose a physical ID or prevent separate passports from claiming the same one. A collision can block facility activation; production use needs curated issuers and dispute governance.
- Concurrency, not liens. One object can back only one active facility at a time — a protocol-only rule that binds after escrow is fully funded and the borrower accepts delivery. It is not a lien registry or notice to third parties.
