RWA Passport · Privacy
Privacy policy
RWA Passport is designed around local processing and explicit user approval. This policy explains what remains on your device and what may leave it when you choose a network action.
Information stored on your device
Passport drafts, object scans, photos, serial numbers, locations, notes, wallet exports, and local verification records are stored in the app’s local browser storage on your device. Real World Activated does not operate an account database for the app and does not receive this local content automatically.
Deleting the app or clearing its local data may permanently remove these records unless you exported a backup.
Camera and photo access
The app asks for camera or photo-library access only when you choose to capture or select evidence. Selected media is processed locally. The raw image or object scan is not published merely because you selected it.
Optional AI valuation
Nothing is sent for valuation unless you tap “Estimate with AI.” That action sends the asset name, class, manufacturer, model, evidence note, and any optional compressed evidence photo you selected to Real World Activated’s valuation endpoint and OpenAI to generate the estimate. The OBJ mesh, recognition hashes, serial-number field, and location field are not included in that request. Do not put sensitive information in the evidence note.
OpenAI and the hosting provider may receive normal request metadata such as an IP address and process the submitted content under their respective policies. The request asks OpenAI not to store the response for later model use. The resulting estimate and its provenance are saved locally in the passport; if you anchor that passport, its manifest digest commits to the estimate even though the estimate itself is not published onchain. See OpenAI’s privacy policy.
Network actions you control
When you connect a wallet, resolve a public passport, or approve a testnet anchor, the app communicates with public blockchain RPC endpoints, blockchain explorers, and WalletConnect infrastructure. Those services may receive normal technical information such as your IP address, device or browser characteristics, and request metadata under their own privacy policies.
If you explicitly approve an anchor, the passport ID, manifest digest, physical-claim digest, method digest, public resolver URL, wallet address, and transaction metadata may become public on Robinhood Chain Testnet. Blockchain records cannot generally be deleted by this app.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
RWA Passport does not include an advertising network, cross-app tracking, or an analytics account operated by Real World Activated. We do not sell personal information.
Testnet and security boundary
The current release is a testnet application. Testnet tokens have no monetary value. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into the app. Wallet approvals occur in the wallet you choose, and you are responsible for reviewing each request before approving it.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and Real World Activated does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Questions or deletion requests concerning information you intentionally sent to Real World Activated can be sent to [email protected]. Local-only app data must be deleted from the device where it is stored.
